DETOX CURATEA BLEND:
Have you ever considered doing a detox?
There is a lot of buzz around detoxing your Liver or Kidneys for good health, trouble is, a lot of the time people will jump into an aggressive “detox kit” from the health food store, which can make them very sick because it’s too much too quickly. Our bodies have mechanisms to detox naturally when supported with nutrients like the herbal ingredients the Curatea Detox Blend contains!
Curatea has created a blend of detoxifying herbs in their Detox Blend tea, that you can consume daily because it is gentle and won’t harm you, yet still detoxifies your body.
Why Detox with Curatea?
Even if you are the cleanest most organic person with food and personal care, there are still environmental and industrial toxins you can not avoid. Pollution, exhaust, poor lighting (yes lighting!), and even wifi are all considered free radicals that can damage your healthy cells. For this, you need to consume antioxidants like Vitamin C and to detoxify your body, herbs like Marshmallow plant, burdock root, and dandelion to help purge these toxins from your body. If you are detoxifying, toxins can recirculate back into your body.
Also, if you are in the middle of losing weight when your fat cells release fat, they have to leave the body. Ensuring your body is detoxifying properly is a key step in losing weight.
Curatea has all 3 major detoxifying herbs AND they are high in Vitamin C.
- Marshmallow plant, This natural ingredient has been shown to ease diarrhea, stomach ulcers, constipation and pain, and inflammation of the mucous membranes in the respiratory tract as well as the lining of the stomach and urinary tract. Marshmallow root may also support overall urinary health and act as a diuretic, flushing the body of excess fluid and cleansing the kidneys and the bladder.
- Burdock Root (Arctium lappa): Burdock root is known for its diuretic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Research has shown it to effectively detoxify the blood and promote increased circulation. This plant has been used to treat cancer, anorexia nervosa, gastrointestinal (GI) complaints, joint pain (rheumatism), gout, bladder infections, skin conditions and may have a potential aphrodisiac effect
- Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale): Dandelion tea has been used historically to encourage appetite, ease digestive issues and possibly relieve constipation. Tea made from Dandelion is high in vitamin C, which improves the absorption of minerals and boosts immunity. It also has antioxidants that stimulate bile production to help break down and process foods. Dandelion has countless benefits including the potential to help fight inflammation, control blood sugar, reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure, maintain a healthy liver and aid in weight loss.
I have like many others been stressed out during this crazy time we are all going through and figured my body could use a little detox from the stress I’ve had and the not so good food I’ve been feeding it!
When I need to take some time for me to relax I love to have a cup of green tea and cuddle up in a blanket. So this was the perfect product for me!
Although our bodies naturally detox themselves it doesn’t hurt to give our bodies a helping hand, and I personally think it’s so important to detox your body every now and then to just kind of hit a reset button. If you feel like you need a bid of a detox I recommend Curatea detox tea by Greeniche. Curatea works by inducing sweating and urine production to help remove excess waste in the body. As well as regulate bowel movements.
This tea tasted amazing, it tasted just like regular green tea to me. I wouldn’t of known it was a detox tea if someone just handed it to me to drink. This tea made me feel absolutely relaxed and rejuvenated.
This tea has some great high quality ingredients in it like burdocks root it is filled with antioxidants as well as helps promotes circulation dandelion which is said to help detox the liver and soothe the digestive track and lastly marshmallow plant which helps the body by lowering inflammation and also soothe the digestive track.
Another great things about Greeniche’s detox tea is that it is cruelty free!
Weather you feel like you need a bit of a detox or just want some great tasting healthy green tea, I recommend giving curatea a try!
As an actual cup of tea, it was quite refreshing, leaning towards a mild savory blend. It is recommended to consume 1-3 times per day; I reused my original teabag by just refilling my pot and for the most part, the strength of tea remained quite strong for a few cups. Of course, drinking an elimination supporting tea means washroom visits. I don’t suggest this be consumed before bed or on a road trip.
